As a Clinician for Mobile Crisis, you will provide crisis risk assessments with a diagnosis (with appropriate supervisory approval, per scope of practice), crisis stabilization and interventions, de-escalation techniques and follow-up services to the identified client experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric crises. These interventions, provided by telephone and on-site mobile visits, will be implemented using a strength-based, trauma-informed, systems-oriented perspective and will include the development of crisis prevention and safety plans; follow-up to evaluate the effectiveness of plans; coordination of services with existing treatment providers; and linkage to additional community-based therapeutic resources and supports. You will directly report to the Clinical Site Supervisors with Director and Executive Program Director guidance and support. You will work on-site with travel to the community and individuals' homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide rapid response to adults, children, adolescents, and families, who are in crisis, experiencing an emotional or behavioral disturbance by phone and on-site within the community, and as assigned, participate in acute care emergency services rotation system designed to facilitate and strengthen community-based crisis intervention services. This includes rotation of schedule to provide coverage during holidays and weekends.
- Conduct risk assessments with a diagnosis (with appropriate supervisory approval, per scope of practice), mental status examinations, and substance abuse screening.
- Analyze information to identify action plan, which includes crisis stabilization plan, safety, and crisis prevention plans, and plan for follow-up. Consult with team and supervisors.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Team Leader of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) will advance the Agency's Mission and Strategic Plan by expanded services to adults who have a severe and persistent mental illness that seriously impairs their functioning in the community. This position will be responsible for the overall management of the program, to include but not limited to: staff matters, client referral, client treatment, financial viability, reporting to grant funders, marketing of program, program manual, program systems, etc. This position will be responsible for promoting the agency's commitment to excellence in the provision of mental heath services that are strength based, recovery model, shared decision making process, along with culturally competent and sensitive. ACT is a program that provides services through less traditional service delivery methods. This is very much a "meet the client in their community" approach.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Ensures all team members are kept informed of issues involving participants and their families

Position Summary

The HBCI team provides short-term (up to 6 weeks), intensive intervention to youth and families who are in crisis. We work with parents and caregivers to help them help their children. Job Summary | The Administrative Coordinator assists the Director of Planned Gifts and provides administrative and operational support to the gift planning program. The Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of advanced administrative duties, including assisting with scheduling, correspondence, travel and events planning, file and database maintenance. The Administrative Coordinator will also serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies. |

Job Summary | The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Institute Advancement’s advancement operations teams. Their responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, both routine and on-demand, aimed at facilitating the smooth operation of the prosect development, gift administration, and data management teams. Tasks include conducting light research, writing reports or documents, managing data, and handling other administrative duties as needed. The goal is to meet the teams’ requests and ensure that pertinent and timely information is provided to both internal and external stakeholders. |
